Membership Application

NATO offers five types of membership, based on your primary business activity. Please click on the type below which best describes your business, then print out and either mail or fax the completed form back to us. Membership Types:

Tobacco and Nicotine Store, Grocery Store, Liquor Store, Service Station - You are either a tobacco and nicotine store that sells primarily tobacco and nicotine products and tobacco and nicotine accessories or a grocery store, liquor store, or service station.
Convenience Store - Your company operates one or more convenience stores that sell tobacco and nicotine products.
Wholesale/Distributor - Your company is primarily engaged in the business of wholesaling tobacco and nicotine products/accessories to tobacco and nicotine stores or distributes tobacco and nicotine products/accessories.
Manufacturer - Your company is primarily engaged in the manufacturing or importing of tobacco and nicotine products or tobacco and nicotine accessories.
Associate - Your company is primarily engaged in the business of providing services or non-tobacco-related ancilliary products to tobacco and nicotine retailers.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP DUES

Dues:
$125.00 for One Store or First Store
$30 for Each Additional Store
More than 100 Store Locations Capped at $3,200.00

Note: If you own more than one store, please return a store list with your application since all store locations will be matched to state and Congressional legislative districts.

Pursuant to federal law, NATO is required to advise you that 40% of your annual membership dues are not tax deductible.
